Bound and unbound : sovereign acts - Act I was an "An exhibiton of experimental work that explored complex ideas of being both bound and free ; what we are bound to historically and, as sovereign people, what we choose to (un)bind ourselves to and from, both now and into the future." --Introduction. Its works included art works in a variety of media, music, poetry, memoirs, history, personal statements by Aboriginal Australians; Act II consisted of performances.
